David Queen, President of QFSC- Investment & Tax Advisor and owner of David Queen CPA. 

David has  practiced as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in tax services since 1990.  He holds a a MBA degree in Finance, a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) Certification and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) certification from the American College. He also holds an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®) Certification from the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils as well as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) Certification through FI360. 

In his investment advisory practice, he holds Series 7 and Series 24 Securities licenses and is a Registered Principal with LPL Financial.

Johnnie Bickham Queen, is Director of Operations and owns and operates Bickham Bookkeeping & Payroll. She has over 20 years of bookkeeping, tax, and office management experience through her business and prior professional experience with public accounting firms in Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida.

 Hilary joined our team in the fall of 2020. She is a graduate of Girls Preparatory School and is an alumna of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, holding a degree in Psychology. Having been in the customer service industry for 13 years, Hilary is committed to fostering strong client relationships and delivering quality service.   

 Outside of the office, Hilary enjoys crappie fishing, spending time with her family in Franklin, TN, and exploring new nature areas throughout Chattanooga.
